The new owners who took over this particular motel are awesome!!! The staff is very attentive and helpful, and they genuinely care about you and your stay here! It's always hectic whenever there's construction going on around where you are living or in my case, temporarily calling home, however, it's super quiet and clean! I just wish there was more closet space and a bathtub!!! I will definitely choose here before any other motel, and I highly recommend it to anyone who is traveling or looking for somewhere to rent or buy!!! Ask for Sky and Shoben! They are the best guys for the job of booking stays, dealing with reservations and cancellations, and working the front desk! The customer service provided is beyond excellent, and I wish there were more people like them at the front desk of other places that people are staying, while they are looking for a permanent home. (Because that's what they make this motel feel like)!

The hotel is currently being renovated and we stayed in one of the freshly renovated rooms. The furnishings were very nice and are giving the property a new lease of life. I spoke briefly to one of the cleaners and she was really enthusiastic about the renovation and told me about the plans to renovate the pool area and the outside of the hotel. So nice to hear the enthusiasm from the people who work there as they are the individuals who will maintain the standard once finished.

I loved the Dove shower products and the breakfast was good, though I wished they had some fruit. I thanked the staff and I thought I needed to extend an extra day and the staff said "no problem", but my business was concluded. I told the staff I would be returning to Huntsville, Al and will book another night's stay.

The desk lady was one of the nicest I've ever dealt with, and I travel a lot! I didn't get her name, but maybe you can see who was working during my checkin and checkout! Keep her if you can! The location was perfect, room was clean AND it was a smoking room (didn't smell) that I requested! Hard to find! I could park at my door which is great because I have a hard time with stairs. Kudos to the desk lady and the management that keeps it running so well!
